一、学校简介

• 学制与学位的颁发与授予

武汉理工大学硕士学位学制三年，博士学位学制四年。学校为完成

规定的教学计划、考核合格并通过毕业论文答辩的学生颁发硕士或博士毕业证书，经学位审查合格的学生同时授予硕士学位或博士学位。

四、申请资格

1.品行端正、身体健康的外国公民。

根据中国教育部相关规定，出生时即具有外国国籍但父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在外国的申请人以及祖国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移民后获得外国国籍的申请人，应持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。

2.学习成绩优良，拥有官方出具的文凭：硕士申请者需具有与中国学士学位相当的学位，博士申请者需具有与中国硕士学位相当的学位。

3.语言水平

3.1汉语水平(中文授课申请者)

前学历阶段授课语言非汉语的申请者需提供HSK4级（含）以上汉语水平证明。

3.2英语水平(英语授课申请者)

母语为非英语的英文授课项目申请者需提供英语水平证明，如TOEFL需达到80分，IELTS需达到6.0，或提供TOEFL My Best, TOEFL iBT Home Edition，TOEFL Essentials成绩(TOEFL DI code: C647)等；不能提供标准化英语测试证明的申请人需进行英语笔试或面试。

4. 硕士申请者年龄一般不超过35周岁，博士申请者年龄一般不超过40周岁。

五、申请流程

1.在线申请

在申请时间内登录武汉理工大学国际学生申请系统[http://admission.whut.edu.cn](http://admission.whut.edu.cn)，注册并登录后按要求真实、完整地填写《武汉理工大学外国留学生入学申请表》，并按照系统要求上传相关证明附件材料并在有效申请期限内提交和交纳报名费。

注：申请者在网上提交的所有申请材料均为原件扫描件，若原件语言不包含通用语，则还需要同时提交其中文或英文翻译件。报到注册时需提供所有材料原件以供审核。

六、审核、面试与录取

1.材料初审

国际教育学院留学生招生与培养中心对按时提交的申请及相关证明材料进行初审，申请材料须完整和真实，否则将视为不合格申请。初审合格后将申请材料转入专业学院审核。

2.考核与面试

通过材料初审的申请者进入专业学院学术审核和面试环节，面试时间、方式由专业学院组织安排,专业学院在面试后给出是否录取的意见。对于特别优秀的申请者，经过学院专家评审，可以免面试予以录取。

3.录取

留学生招生与培养中心根据专业学院的审核意见，向通过全国来华留学管理系统审核且被专业学院接收的申请人发放《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华确认表》。

注：被录取者如不持普通护照和学生签证入境，学校将不能为其注册。

七、费用

1.报名费:500元/人（境外支付80美元）

注：学历生新生在我校报到时应足额缴纳第一年学费，否则不予注册。

八、奖学金申请

1.中国政府奖学金-国别双边项目

Ⅰ. Introduction of WUT

Wuhan University of Technology (WUT) is a state key university which cultivates the largest amount of talents in China’s three major industrial sectors: building and construction materials, transportation, and automobile industries.

Ⅲ. Duration, Degree & Diploma

The duration of study for Master's degree programs at Wuhan University of Technology is three years, and duration for doctoral degree programs is four years. Graduation certificate and a master's degree or doctoral degree will be awarded if students finish all required courses, pass the thesis defense and degree review.

Ⅳ. Eligibility

1.Applicants should be healthy and well-behaved, and have a foreign citizenship. According to the NO.12 (2020) Announcement of the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China, applicants who have foreign nationality at birth but both or one of their parents are Chinese citizens who settled in a foreign country, as well as residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan who have obtained foreign nationality after immigrating should hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for more than 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of actual residence in a foreign country for more than 2 years within the most recent 4 years (by April 30 of the enrollment year) (The actual residence in a foreign country for 9 months in a year can be calculated as one year, subject to entry and exit signatures).

2. Applicants should have good academic records and an educational background equivalent to that of the Chinese Bachelor’s degree for master application, and an educational background equivalent to that of the Chinese Master’s degree for doctoral application.

3. Applicants should be under the age of 35 for mater application and under the age of 40 for doctoral application.

4. Language Requirements

4.1 HSK (level IV or above) certificate is required for programs taught in Chinese and applicants whose previous academic stage was taught in a language other than Chinese.

4.2 English language proficiency certificate is required for programs taught in English and applicants whose native language is not English, which include certificate or score report of English Proficiency test like TOEFL 80+/ IELTS 6.0+/ TOEFL My Best/ TOEFL iBT Home Edition/ TOEFL Essentials, and etc. For applicants who cannot offer the above-mentioned standardized English test results, they will be required to participate in an additional oral or written English test organized by Wuhan University of Technology.

Note: Applicants are required to submit the scan copies of original documents, and translations in Chinese or English will also be required if the original documents do not contain lingua franca. Ⅵ. Review, Interview and Admission

1. Documents Review

Admissions Office, School of International Education, will review the application and documents submitted by applicants within valid period. Qualified application requires complete information and authentic documents.

2. Academic Review and Interview

Applicants who pass the documents review will take the academic review and interview organized by major schools, who will arrange and notify the time and method of interview and give the opinion about acceptance or rejection of the applicant. Outstanding applicants reviewed by experts and professors of major schools will have the interview waived and admitted directly.

3. Admission

Wuhan University of Technology will issue *Admission Notice* and *Confirmation Form for Study in China* to applicants who satisfy the conditions for admission and pass the academic review and accepted by major schools.

Note: Wuhan University of Technology can not register admitted applicants who do not enter China with private passport and student visa.

The duration of study for undergraduate programs at Wuhan University of Technology is four years (Architecture requires five years). Bachelor's degree and graduation certificate will be awarded if students finish all the required courses, pass the thesis defense and degree review.

4.2 English language proficiency certificate is required for programs taught in English and applicants whose native language is not English, which include score report of English Proficiency test like TOEFL 80+/ IELTS 6.0+/ TOEFL My Best/ TOEFL iBT Home Edition/ TOEFL Essentials, and etc. For applicants who cannot offer the above-mentioned standardized English test results, they will be required to participate in an additional oral or written English test organized by Wuhan University of Technology.

2.1 Mathematics (compulsory for all), and the test language should be the same as the language of instruction applied for.

2.2 Physics or Chemistry (optional for science and engineering majors), and the test language should be the same as the language of instruction applied for.

2.3 Professional Chinese (compulsory for Chinese taught programs), and the test category is the same as the applied subject category.

Note: Courses can be offered when (more than) 10 students registered in the major, and admitted applicants can change to other majors available when their original majors do not have enough registered students to form a class.

Ⅲ. Duration, Degree & Diploma

The duration of study for undergraduate programs at Wuhan University of Technology is four years (Architecture requires five years). Bachelor's degree and graduation certificate will be awarded if students finish all the required courses, pass the thesis defense and degree review.

1. Applicants should be healthy and well-behaved, and have a foreign citizenship. According to the NO.12 (2020) Announcement of the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China, applicants who have foreign nationality at birth but both or one of their parents are Chinese citizens who settled in a foreign country, as well as residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan who have obtained foreign nationality after immigrating should hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for more than 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of actual residence in a foreign country for more than 2 years within the most recent 4 years (by April 30 of the enrollment year) (The actual residence in a foreign country for 9 months in a year can be calculated as one year, subject to entry and exit signatures). 2. Applicants should have good academic records and an educational background equivalent to that of the Chinese high school diploma.

3. Applicants should be between the ages of 18 and 25. For the applicants under 18 by Sep. 1st 2026 , a Guardian Statement is required.

4.1 HSK (level IV or above) certificate is required for programs taught in Chinese and applicants whose previous academic stage was taught in a language other than Chinese.

4.2 English language proficiency certificate is required for programs taught in English and applicants whose native language is not English, which include score report of English Proficiency test like TOEFL 80+/ IELTS 6.0+/ TOEFL My Best/ TOEFL iBT Home Edition/ TOEFL Essentials, and etc. For applicants who cannot offer the above-mentioned standardized English test results, they will be required to participate in an additional oral or written English test organized by Wuhan University of Technology.

Ⅴ. Application Procedures

Please complete the Wuhan University of Technology Application Form for Foreign Scholars and Students correctly and completely, and upload the supporting documents and pay the application fee as required.

2.3 High school transcripts (original and translation in Chinese or English)

2.4 HSK certificate or score report of HSK (Chinese medium programs only)

2.6 China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) score report

2.7 Bank statement of the applicant or financial sponsor

Note: Applicants are required to submit the scan copies of original documents, and translations in Chinese or English will also be required if the original documents do not contain lingua franca. Hard copies of documents are needed for verification upon registration. If there are any counterfeit about application materials, the admission will be considered invalid.

Ⅵ. Review, Examination and Admission

Admissions Office, School of International Education, will review the application and documents submitted by applicants within valid period. Qualified application requires complete information and authentic documents.

Applicants are required to take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment via www.csca.cn and upload the CSCA score report when submitting the application.

2.1 Mathematics (compulsory for all), and the test language should be the same as the language of instruction applied for.

2.2 Physics or Chemistry (optional for science and engineering majors), and the test language should be the same as the language of instruction applied for.

2.3 Professional Chinese (compulsory for Chinese taught programs), and the test category is the same as the applied subject category.

Wuhan University of Technology will issue *Admission Notice* and *Confirmation Form for Study in China* to applicants who satisfy the conditions for admission and pass the review and tests.

Note: Wuhan University of Technology can not register admitted applicants who do not enter China with private passport and student visa.
