一、学校简介

三、学制与学习方式

学制：4 年（全日制本科）

学习要求：学生需按培养方案修满规定学分，完成毕业论文（设计）并通过答辩。

毕业认证：达到毕业标准者，颁发北京科技大学本科毕业证书；符合学位授予条件者，授予相应学士学位证书（证书均为中国教育部认可）。

四、申请资格

身份要求：身心健康、品行端正，持有效外国护照的非中国籍居民（不含华侨及港澳台居民）。

学历要求：已获得高中毕业证书，学历需经中国教育部认可（如有需要可提供学历认证报告）。

年龄要求：申请时年龄不超过 35 周岁（含 35 周岁，以申请截止日期计算），申请奖学金者，以申请奖学金的条件为准。

考试要求：必须参加并提供来华留学本科入学学业水平测试（CSCA）成绩单。

语言要求：需满足相应授课语言的水平标准。

五、申请信息

（一）申请时间

2025 年 11 月 1 日至 2026 年 6 月 15 日（逾期系统关闭，不再接受申请）。

奖学金申请时间以各奖学金项目具体通知为准（建议及时关注官网信息）。

（三）申请方式

申请通道：北京科技大学国际学生在线申请系统（http://onlineapply.ustb.edu.cn）。

申请流程：注册并登录系统，填写个人信息，上传申请材料，缴纳报名费，提交申请，等待审核（可登录系统查询审核进度）。

注意事项：无需寄送纸质材料，所有材料均通过系统上传电子版（需清晰扫描，格式为 PDF/JPG，单个文件不超过 5MB）。

（四）申请材料清单

1. 在线申请系统填写的个人信息表 信息需真实、完整，提交后不可修改；

2. 高中毕业证书，需为中文或英文原件扫描件；非中/英文证书需提供官方翻译件及公证件；

3. 高中正式成绩单，包含高中阶段所有课程成绩，需为中文或英文原件扫描件；非中/英文证书需提供官方翻译件及公证件；

4. 有效普通护照复印件，需包含护照首页（个人信息页），有效期需覆盖预计入学后 1 年以上；

5. 语言成绩证明，中文授课：HSK4 级及以上证书；英语授课（英语非官方语言国家学生）：IELTS 5.5 分/TOEFL 70 分及以上成绩单，或其他官方英文水平证明；

6. 《外国人体格检查表》，需使用中国卫生检疫部门指定表格（可从申请系统下载），由正规医疗机构出具，有效期 6 个月内；

7. 《经济担保函》，需使用学校指定模板（可从申请系统下载），担保金额需覆盖 1 学年学费 + 生活费（建议不低于 5 万元人民币），需担保人签字并提供担保人身份证明（如护照 / 身份证 / 银行存款证明）

8. 无犯罪记录证明，需由所在国官方机构出具，中文或英文版本；非中/英文证书需提供官方翻译件及公证件，有效期 6 个月内；

9. 奖学金申请材料（可选），如需申请奖学金，需按对应奖学金要求上传额外材料（如推荐信、个人陈述等）；

10. CSCA 成绩单，需包含符合专业要求的所有科目成绩单（扫描件需清晰显示成绩及科目信息）。

六、CSCA 考试相关要求

申请本科专业，需提交CSCA成绩单。

1.专业中文成绩单（中文授课专业）

（1）文科中文：英语、日语、德语、行政管理、社会工作、法学、会计学、国际经济与贸易、金融工程、大数据管理与应用、信息管理与信息系统、视觉传达设计

（2）理科中文：其他本科专业

2.数学成绩单

申请所有专业均需要提供数学成绩单，其中环境工程和材料科学与工程专业为英文考试，其他专业为中文考试。

3.物理或化学成绩单

申请学校理、工、农类专业，需提供物理或化学任一门科目成绩单。

（除英语、日语、德语、行政管理、社会工作、法学、会计学、国际经济与贸易、金融工程、大数据管理与应用、信息管理与信息系统、视觉传达设计专业以外的专业）

注：学校根据各科成绩择优录取。

考试报名信息可访问 CSCA 官网（www.csca.cn）。

七、录取与入学

（一）录取流程与结果通知

审核与录取：国际学生中心对申请材料进行审核，结合 CSCA 成绩、学术背景、语言能力等综合评估，择优录取。国际学生中心于6月底公布录取名单，并于7月通过官方邮箱（admission@ustb.edu.cn）发送电子版录取通知书及JW202表等材料。

注：录取材料均为电子版扫描件，可用于在中国驻外使领馆申请签证。来校报到后可领取纸质版原件。

（二）入学时间与报到要求

入学时间：一般为每年 9 月初，具体时间以《录取通知书》及官方邮件通知为准。

报到要求：

需按规定时间到校报到，逾期未报到且未提前说明者，视为自动放弃录取资格；

报到时需携带高中毕业证书原件，接受入学资格复审，复审不合格者取消入学资格。

八、奖学金信息

（一）中国政府奖学金（国别奖项目）

申请渠道：通过中国驻外使领馆申请。

申请时间：每年 11 月至次年 3 月（具体以驻外使领馆通知为准）。

申请要求：

第一志愿选择 “北京科技大学”；

可提前联系学校国际学生中心申请 “预录取通知书”（邮箱：csctypea@ustb.edu.cn）；

需按使领馆要求提交奖学金申请材料。

资助内容：一般包含学费、住宿费、生活费、保险费（具体以当年奖学金政策为准）。

（二）中国政府奖学金（“丝绸之路” 奖学金项目）

申请渠道：直接向北京科技大学国际学生中心申请，详情查看中国政府奖学金申请通知。

申请时间：每年 11 月至次年 4 月（具体以学校官网通知为准）。

资助内容：一般包含学费、住宿费、生活费、保险费（具体以当年政策为准）。

（三）北京科技大学鼎新奖学金

申请渠道：北京科技大学国际学生在线申请系统（与本科申请同步提交）。

申请时间：每年 11 月 1 日至次年 4 月 30 日。

奖学金类别：

包含全额奖学金（学费、宿舍、生活费、保险）、部分奖学金。

（四）北京来华留学生政府奖学金

申请渠道：直接向北京科技大学国际学生中心申请。

申请时间：每年 11 月 1 日至次年 5 月（具体以学校官网通知为准）。

2026 Undergraduate Admission Brochure for International Students

I. University Introduction

University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) is a high-level research university with profound heritage and comprehensive academic disciplines, covering science, engineering, liberal arts, management, law, economics and other fields. III. Academic System and Study Mode

Academic System: 4 years (full-time undergraduate)

Study Requirements: Students must complete the required credits in accordance with the training program, finish the graduation thesis (design), and pass the defense.

Graduation Certification: Those who meet the graduation standards will be awarded the Undergraduate Graduation Certificate of University of Science and Technology Beijing. Those who meet the degree-awarding requirements will be conferred the corresponding Bachelor's Degree Certificate (both certificates are recognized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China).

IV. Application Eligibility

Identity Requirement: Physically and mentally healthy, with good conduct, holding a valid foreign passport and being a non-Chinese citizen (excluding overseas Chinese, residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

Academic Requirement: Having obtained a high school graduation certificate, which must be recognized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (an academic certification report may be required if necessary).

Age Requirement: No more than 35 years old (inclusive) at the time of application (calculated as of the application deadline).When applying for the scholarship, the application shall be subject to the scholarship eligibility criteria.

Examination Requirement: Must take and provide the transcript of the CSCA.

Language Requirement: Must meet the language proficiency standards corresponding to the teaching language.

V. Application Information

From November 1, 2025 to June 15, 2026 (the online system will be closed after the deadline, and no further applications will be accepted).

The application period for scholarships is subject to the specific notice of each scholarship program (please pay close attention to the official website for updates).

Application Process: Register and log in to the system,Fill in personal information,Upload application documents,Pay application fee,Submit application,Wait for review (application status can be checked via the system).

Notes: No hard copies of documents need to be submitted. All materials should be uploaded electronically through the system (clear scans in PDF/JPG format, with each file not exceeding 5MB).

(IV) List of Required Application Documents

1.Personal Information Form filled in the online application system (information must be true and complete; no modifications allowed after submission).

2.High school graduation certificate (scanned copy of the original in Chinese or English; official translation and notarization required for non-Chinese/English certificates).

3.Official high school academic transcript (including all courses and scores during high school; scanned copy of the original in Chinese or English; official translation and notarization required for non-Chinese/English transcripts).

4.Copy of valid ordinary passport (must include the passport bio-page; validity period should cover more than 1 year after the expected enrollment date).

5.Language proficiency certificate:

For Chinese-taught programs: HSK Level 4 or above certificate.

For English-taught programs (for students from non-English speaking countries): IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 70, or other official English proficiency certificates.

6."Physical Examination Form for Foreigners" (must use the form specified by Chinese health and quarantine authorities, downloadable from the application system; issued by a formal medical institution within 6 months of validity).

7."Letter of Financial Guarantee" (must use the university's specified template, downloadable from the application system; the guaranteed amount should cover one academic year's tuition and living expenses (suggested to be no less than 50,000 RMB); must be signed by the guarantor with the guarantor's identification documents (e.g., passport/ID card/bank deposit certificate) attached).

8.Criminal Record Certificate (issued by the official authority of the applicant's country in Chinese or English; official translation and notarization required for non-Chinese/English certificates; valid within 6 months).

9.Scholarship application documents (optional): Additional materials (e.g., recommendation letters, personal statement) as required by the respective scholarship program.

10.CSCA transcript (must include transcripts of all required subjects corresponding to the applied program; the scanned copy should clearly show scores and subject information).

VI. CSCA Examination Requirements

Applicants for undergraduate programs must submit the CSCA transcript.

(I)Professional Chinese Transcript (for Chinese-taught programs)

1.Liberal Arts Chinese: English, Japanese, German, Public Administration, Social Work, Law, Accounting, International Economics and Trade, Financial Engineering, Big Data Management and Application, Information Management and Information Systems, Visual Communication Design.

2.Science and Engineering Chinese: All other undergraduate programs.

(II) Mathematics Transcript Required for all programs. The Mathematics exam is in English for Environmental Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering programs, and in Chinese for other programs.

(III) Physics or Chemistry Transcript Required for science, engineering and agriculture-related programs (All undergraduate programs except English, Japanese, German, Public Administration, Social Work, Law, Accounting, International Economics and Trade, Financial Engineering, Big Data Management and Application, Information Management and Information Systems, and Visual Communication Design).

VII. Admission and Enrollment

(I) Admission Process and Result Notification

Review and Admission: The International Student Center organizes experts to review application materials, and conducts comprehensive evaluation based on CSCA scores, academic background, language proficiency, etc., for merit-based admission.

Result Announcement: The admission list will be released by the International Student Center at the end of June, and electronic admission notices, JW202 forms and other materials will be sent via official email (admission@ustb.edu.cn) in July.

Note: All admission materials are electronic scanned copies, which can be used to apply for visas at Chinese embassies/consulates abroad. Original hard copies can be obtained after registration on campus.

(II) Enrollment Time and Registration Requirements

Enrollment Time: Generally in early September each year (specific date subject to the "Admission Notice" and official email notification).

Registration Requirements:

Must register on campus on the specified date. Failure to register on time without prior notification will be deemed as voluntary abandonment of admission qualification.

Must bring the original high school graduation certificate for admission qualification re-examination. Those who fail the re-examination will have their admission qualification revoked.

VIII. Scholarship Information

(I) Chinese Government Scholarship ( Type A)

Application Channel: Apply through Chinese embassies/consulates abroad.

Application Period: November to March of the following year (specific dates subject to the notice of the respective embassy/consulate).

Application Requirements:

Select "University of Science and Technology Beijing" as the first choice.

Can contact the USTB International Student Center in advance to apply for a "Pre-admission Notice" (email: csctypea@ustb.edu.cn).

Submit scholarship application materials as required by the embassy/consulate.

Funding Coverage: Generally includes tuition fees, accommodation fees, living expenses and insurance fees (subject to the current scholarship policy).

(II) Chinese Government Scholarship (Type B)

Application Channel: Apply directly to the USTB International Student Center.

Application Period: November to April of the following year (specific dates subject to the university's official notice).

Funding Coverage: Generally includes tuition fees, accommodation fees, living expenses and insurance fees (subject to the current scholarship policy).

(III) USTB Chancellor Scholarship

Application Channel: USTB International Student Online Application System (submitted simultaneously with the undergraduate application).

Application Period: November 1 to April 30 of the following year.

Scholarship Categories:

Full Scholarship (covers tuition fees, accommodation fees, living expenses and insurance fees).

(IV) Beijing Government Scholarship for International Students

Application Channel: Apply directly to the USTB International Student Center.

Application Period: November 1 to May of the following year (specific dates subject to the official notice).
