Introduction to University

PolyU was established in 1937 and is currently ranked 54th in the QS World University Rankings 2026 and 3rd in the Times Higher Education Most International Universities Ranking 2025. We offer over 100 undergraduate programmes across 10 faculties and schools, with particular strengths in STEM, Business, Hotel Management, Design, Fashion, Health Sciences, Humanities, and interdisciplinary studies. Through exchange agreements with more than 350 overseas universities and internship partnerships with over 390 companies, we actively support students in developing a global perspective and making a positive impact on society.
