• 申请资格

1.基本要求：

（1）持有外国护照的非中国籍公民。

（2）高中毕业或以上学历，具备大学申请资格。

（3）身心健康，无违法犯罪记录。

2.国籍要求：

根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》及中国教育部教外函[2020]12号文相关规定：

（1）在中国以外国家出生且出生时即具有外国国籍的申请人。申请人父母（中国公民方）须在申请人出生前已取得外国永久居留权，且申请人从2022年5月1日至2026年4月30日期间有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年以5月1日至次年4月30日为一个周期，一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以出入境签章为准）。

（2）原为中国公民，后加入外国国籍的申请人。申请人须于2022年5月1日前取得外国国籍，并已完成退出中国国籍手续，且从2022年5月1日至2026年4月30日期间有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年以5月1日至次年4月30日为一个周期，一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。

三、申请时间

第一阶段：2026年1月1日 - 1月15日

第二阶段：2026年2月23日 - 3月6日

四、申请录取流程及办法

<strong><u>第1步</u></strong>：<strong>参加“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”。</strong>

学生须参加由中国教育部国家留学基金管理委员会组织的“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”（China Scholastic Competency Assessment, 以下简称“CSCA测试”），并获得测试成绩。学生可访问CSCA官方网站（www.csca.cn）查看具体测试时间和内容。

注：针对第一阶段申请，我校接受2025年12月场次测试成绩；针对第二阶段申请，我校接受2025年12月和2026年1月两个场次测试成绩。测试科目请见《2026年复旦大学外国留学生本科生中文授课专业CSCA测试科目》。

<strong><u>第2步</u></strong>：<strong>填写并提交网上申请</strong>

学生须先注册申请系统，登录后选择<strong>“个人申请→本科生→中文授课项目”</strong>，选择<strong><u>1个</u></strong>专业志愿后，填写申请并上传申请材料（申请材料要求请见本简章<u>第五部分</u>）。完成后，请务必点击“提交”按钮。申请网址：https://istudent.fudan.edu.cn/apply。

<strong><u>第3步</u></strong>：<strong>网上支付报名费</strong>

报名费为800元人民币，一经支付，一律不予退还，未支付报名费者申请无效。

<strong><u>第4步</u></strong>：<strong>参加面试</strong>

经学校审核，符合要求的学生进入面试，面试将重点考察学生的综合素质和汉语水平能力。

<strong><u>第5步</u>：查询预录取结果，支付学费</strong>

学生可分别于2026年2月15日、4月10日起在申请系统中查询第一、第二申请阶段的预录取结果。获得预录取资格的学生，须在预录取结果发布之日起两周内通过微信、支付宝、以及外卡（Visa,Master,JCB）等方式支付第一学年学费，确认来校就读。具体付费通知将于预录取结果发布后，通过电子邮件形式发送。

<strong><u>第6步</u>：下载录取通知书</strong>

2026年6月1日起，被录取学生可通过申请系统下载电子版正式录取通知书。

五、申请材料要求

1.个人有效普通护照信息页。护照有效期须至2027年3月1日及以后。

2.高中毕业证书。应届毕业生提交所在学校出具的预计毕业证明原件。中、英文以外版本须提供经公证的翻译件。

3.高中阶段全部课程成绩单。 中、英文以外版本须提供经公证的翻译件。

4.中国教育部“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”（CSCA测试）成绩单原件。

5.汉语能力证明。HSK5级210分（含）以上或HSK6级180分（含）以上证书（如有）。

6.《监护人保证书》。至2026年9月1日未满18周岁的申请人须提交该文件。监护人应为在中国大陆境内居住、有经济来源的成年人。

7.国籍证明材料。

（1）在中国以外国家出生且出生时即具有外国国籍的申请人，须提交：

1）申请人出生即取得外国国籍的证明；

2）申请人出生前，父母（中国公民方）已取得外国永久居留权的证明；

3）申请人从第一本护照起的所有往来中国的签证、居留许可、出入境记录等；

（2）原为中国公民、后加入外国国籍的申请人，须提交：

1）《中华人民共和国退籍证书》；

2）中国户籍注销证明；

3）加入外国国籍证明；

4）申请人从第一本外国护照起的所有往来中国的签证、居留许可、出入境记录等；

注：曾持有《中华人民共和国旅行证》或《中华人民共和国出入境通行证》的申请人，须参照第（2）条要求提供相应材料。

8.无犯罪记录证明。

9.个人经济能力证明或经济担保证明。如由他人提供经济担保，请填写《复旦大学外国留学生经济担保书》并提交相应材料。

10.其他文件。 获奖证书、发表论文等其他可证明学习能力和综合素质的文件。

注：申请前，请务必仔细阅读附件《申请系统填写和上传材料说明》。

六、学费标准（人民币）

23,000元-42,000元/学年

各专业对应学费请见《2026年复旦大学外国留学生本科生中文授课专业学费标准》，具体收费标准以入学时通知为准。

入学时间为2026年8月底或9月初，具体以《复旦大学录取通知书》为准。

九、其它注意事项

1.请确保申请系统中填写的信息真实有效，上传的材料完整无误。一旦申请提交后，不再接受补充材料。请持续关注申请系统的审核状态变化及个人邮箱。

2.一经录取，直至入学报到完成前，护照信息不可更改。

3.学生须严格按照复旦大学要求办理入学、注册手续。学校将在入学报到时核验学生的护照、签证、学历证书原件。如不符合报到时的相关材料审核要求，将被取消入学资格。

4.学生被录取后不可变更国籍身份。

5.凡出现弄虚作假、徇私舞弊者，一经查实，将取消报考、录取或入学资格。已报到注册的学生，将被开除学籍。

6.本简章所列日期、时间均为北京时间。

一、申请系统填写说明

1. 外国留学生在线申请系统推荐使用电脑windows操作系统和chrome浏览器登录，以避免系统无法正常显示和申请人无法正常填写。请不要用苹果电脑mac系统、平板或手机登录操作。

2. 不可申请本国母语专业（如日本籍学生不可申请日语专业）。

3. 申请中文授课专业者，“中文名”为必填。仅申请英文授课专业者，如没有中文姓名，请勾选“无中文名”。

4. 请准确填写护照姓名、护照号码、护照有效日期（仅接受有效日期为2027年3月1日后的普通护照）。

5. 如为应届高中或大学毕业生，“职业”请选择“学生”。

6. 高中（或大专）刚毕业，正在申请大学的申请人，“当前工作单位或学校”请填写毕业学校名称。

7. 请准确、完整填写“本人联系方式”版块中的联系人/收件人、手机号码/电话、地址、邮编等信息，以便学校与申请人联系；中国大陆地区地址请用中文填写，其他国家或地区地址请用英文填写。

8. “教育背景”请按时间顺序完整填写小学至申请时的全部教育经历。请使用“添加”按钮，

9. “家庭成员”为必填项，请完整填写父母及其他家庭成员的各项信息，请使用“添加”按钮设置一名家庭成员为“紧急联系人”。如为重组家庭，须包含亲生父母及继父母信息。

10. “在华联系人”是指当申请人本人因有在中国留学期间相关事务需要联系时，学校可与之联系的居住在中国境内的人员。如无，可选择“无在华联系人”。

11. “个人陈述”中文请务必控制在1500个字符以内（含标点符号和空格）或英文5000个字符以内（含标点符号和空格）。申请中文授课专业，请用中文填写。申请英文授课专业，请用英文填写。

12. 申请系统填写期间，可随时进行“保存”操作，已填写的内容会全部保留。如想继续填写，请在“我的申请”中进行编辑。

二、上传材料说明

1. 所有上传的材料，须为原件彩色扫描件（PDF或JPG格式）。上传同一项材料，请按时间顺序合并成一个文件上传。

2. “个人经济能力证明或经济担保证明”必须上传。经济担保人必须是具有完全民事行为能力的、年满18周岁且有稳定收入来源的自然人。经济担保人须如实填写《复旦大学外国留学生经济担保书》，并提供：（1）经济担保人本人的护照首页（外国籍）或身份证（中国籍）的原件扫描件，（2）经济担保人本人的银行存款证明（金额不低于10万元人民币或等额外币。如为非中、英文版本，须提供经公证的中文或英文翻译件）。

3. “证件照”必须上传背景为白色或蓝色近期正面免冠彩色证件照片（请勿上传黑白照、艺术照、自拍照等不正规证件照）。

4. “签证/居留许可”请根据招生简章的要求上传当前有效签证或居留许可页面，或曾经与出入以及合法居住中国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾地区事实相关的签证、居留许可、出入境签章页面。

5. “成绩单”请上传高中阶段截至申请时的完整成绩单原件彩色扫描件。大学在读的申请者请将大学期间成绩单一并上传。

6. 如提交下列成绩单，成绩自考试日期起2年内有效：

TOEFL、IELTS、Duolingo、PTE、HSK、SAT、AP、ACT、IB、A-level、ATAR、NCEA、Abitur、Baccalauréat Général、Singapore Cambridge A-Level、STPM、UEC、AST。

2026 English-taught Undergraduate Programs

Application Qualification

1. Basic Qualification:

(1) Non-Chinese citizens holding foreign passports.

(2) High school graduate or above, with eligibility for university application.

(3) Physically and mentally healthy, with no criminal record.

2. Nationality Qualification:

★This requirement applies only to applicants who were born to parent(s) with Chinese citizenship at the time of birth.

According to the < *Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China* > and the relevant provisions issued by the Ministry of Education of China:

(1) For applicants who were born in a foreign country and have acquired foreign citizenship at birth. The applicants’ parent (Chinese-citizen side) must have had obtained foreign permanent residency before the applicants’ birth. In addition, the applicant must have a record of actual residence abroad (outside Chinese mainland/Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan) for at least 2 years between ‌May 1, 2022, and April 30, 2026‌ (calculated in cycles from May 1 to April 30 of the following year, 9 months of actual residence per cycle counts as one year, verified by entry/exit stamps).

(2) For applicants who have emigrated from China and have acquired foreign citizenship. The applicants must have obtained foreign nationality ‌before May 1, 2022‌, and completed formalities for renouncing the Chinese citizenship. In addition, the applicants must have a record of actual residence abroad (outside Chinese mainland/Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan) for at least 2 years between ‌May 1, 2022, and April 30, 2026‌ (calculated in cycles from May 1 to April 30 of the following year, 9 months of actual residence per cycle counts as one year, verified by entry/exit stamps).

Application Period

<u>Phase 1</u>: January 1 - January 15, 2026

<u>Phase 2</u>: February 23 - March 6, 2026

Application and Admission Procedure:

<strong><u>Step 1</u>. Take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment（CSCA）</strong>

This assessment is organized by the China Scholarship Council on behalf of the Ministry of Education of China. Students must take the assessment in advance and get the score report. Students may check the time and content of the assessment on the official website (www.csca.cn) in early October 2025.

<strong>Note:</strong> For <u>Phase 1</u> application, we accept the CSCA assessment result from December 2025, while for <u>Phase 2</u> application, we accept the CSCA assessment result from both December 2025 and January 2026.

<strong><u>Step 2</u>. Complete Online Application</strong>

Students must register for the online application system, log in and complete the online application procedure (choose Personal Application→Undergraduate), fill in required blanks and upload the scanned copies of the required documents (Please refer to Application Document section for required documents), then click “Submit”. The link to online application system: https://istudent.fudan.edu.cn/apply.

<strong><u>Step 3</u>. Pay the Application Fee</strong>

The application fee is 800 RMB (online payment, non-refundable). The application is considered invalid without paying the application fee.

<strong><u>Step 4</u>. Take the Interview</strong>

Students who meet the requirements will proceed to the interview, which will primarily assess their overall qualities and communication skills.

<strong><u>Step 5</u>: Check Pre-admission Result and Pay Tuition Fee</strong>

Students may check pre-admission results for <u>Phase 1</u> and <u>Phase 2</u> in the application system respectively from <u>‌February 15</u> and ‌<u>April 10</u>, 2026‌. Those who qualify for pre-admission must ‌pay the first-year tuition fee‌ within two weeks‌ from the date of the result announcement to confirm enrollment. The university accepts ‌multiple payment methods‌, including ‌WeChat Pay, Alipay, and international cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB)‌. For specific payment requirements, please refer to the ‌email notification‌ after the pre-admission results are released.

<strong><u>Step 6</u>: Download the Admission Notice</strong>

Students may download the formal admission notice through the online application system from June 1^st, 2026.

Application Documents

1. Valid Passport Identification Page. Only ordinary passports are

accepted and the expiry date should be after March 1, 2027.

2. High School Diploma. Applicants in their final year of high school

study shall provide the expected graduation certificate (Original or notarized copy, with notarized Chinese or English translation, if original not in Chinese or English).

3. High School Full Transcript. Original or notarized copy, with

notarized Chinese or English translation, if original not in Chinese or English.

4. Score Report of "China Scholastic Competency Assessment" （CSCA）.

5. English Proficiency Test Result. The following English test results are accepted (only for applicants whose native language is not English). Students from high school with major courses taught in English may be waived from this requirement.

6. Two Letters of Recommendation. The letters shall be in English from whom can attest to the quality of the applicant’s academic performance and scholastic potential.

7. &lt;<strong>Guarantee Statement</strong>&gt;<strong>.</strong> Applicants who are under 18 years old by September 1, 2026 must submit a &lt;<em><u>_Guarantee Statement</u></em> &gt;. The guarantor should be an adult, living in Chinese mainland with a stable source of income.

8. Nationality & Identity Documents.

(1) Applicants who were born in a foreign country and have acquired foreign citizenship at birth, should provide:

1) proof of obtaining foreign citizenship at birth.

2) documents to prove that one or both parents of the applicant have acquired permanent residence of the country before the applicant’s birth.

3) all visas, exit & entry records to/from China.

(2) Applicants who have emigrated from China and have acquired foreign citizenship, should provide:

1) document of rescission of Chinese citizenship and household registration (Hukou).

2) document of naturalization to the foreign country.

3) all visas, exit & entry records to/from China.

Note: Applicants who previously held Travel Document or Exit-Entry Permit of the People's Republic of China shall comply with the requirements specified in ‌Clause (2)‌.

9. Proof of Non-Criminal Record.

10. Statement of Financial Capacity or Financial Support.

If the applicant is sponsored by others, please fill out the &lt;<em><u>Statement of Financial Support for International Students</u></em>&gt;, and submit relevant documents.

11. Other Supporting Documents. Applicants may submit additional documents which may demonstrate comprehensive abilities along with the required documents, such as award certificates or published papers.

75,000-100,000 RMB/ year. The exact amount of tuition fee will be announced upon enrollment.

Scholarship:

1. Shanghai Government Scholarship (Class B)- MBBS only

2. Fudan University International Students’ Scholarship

This scholarship is valid for excellent applicants who would like to study at Fudan University. Applicants will be awarded by the university based on their excellent academic performance and the admission evaluation results.

Enrollment Time:

The date of enrollment is in late August or early September 2026. For specific time, please refer to the formal Admission Notice.

Notes：

1. Please make sure all the information provided and documents uploaded are correct and real. Once you submit the application, no additional document is accepted. Please check the online application system and email frequently for any update and notification.

2. Once admitted, the passport information cannot be changed prior to registration.

3. The admitted students must go through the admission and registration procedures in strict accordance with the requirements of Fudan University. The original passport, visa and diploma of highest degree conferred will be verified upon enrollment. Those who do not meet our requirement for enrollment and registration will be disqualified from admission.

4. Once admitted, students are not allowed to change the nationality.

5. If fraud or favoritism is found, upon verification, severe consequences apply. If found during the application process, eligibility for admission will be disqualified. If found prior to matriculation, matriculation eligibility will be disqualified. If found after matriculation, admission and student status will be cancelled.

Instructions on filling in the application system

13. It is recommended that the Windows system and Google Chrome browser are used for the online application system to avoid display problems and difficulties in filling out the application form. Please do not use Apple’s Mac system, iPad, or mobile phones.

14. “Chinese Name” is not mandatory. Please select “No Chinese Name” if you don’t have a Chinese name.

15. Please correctly fill in 'Passport name', 'Passport number' and 'Date of expiry of passport' (the expiry date should be after March 1st, 2027).

16. Applicants in final year of high school or university should select “Student” in the field “Occupation/Profession”.

17. Applicants who have just graduated from high school (or college) should fill in the name of the high school (or college) in the field “School/Organization Currently Studying/Working In”.

18. Please correctly and completely fill in information in the module of My Contact Information, including Contact Person/Receiver, Phone Number, Address and Postal Code, in order for the university to reach the applicant. The address in Chinese mainland should be written in Chinese, while the address outside Chinese mainland should be written in English.

19. Please fill in your complete “Educational Background” from primary school till present in chronological order by clicking the “add” button.

20. “Family Members” is mandatory. Please correctly and completely fill in information of your parents and other family members by clicking the “add” button. One of the family members should be set as the emergency contact person. Applicants from step-families should fill in both birth parents and step-parents.

21. “Contact Person in China” refers to the person in China that can be reachable during the applicants’ study period in China. If there is no such person, please select “No Contact Person in China”.

22. “Personal Statement” must be less than 5000 English characters (including punctuation marks and space).

23. Applicants may save the filled and uploaded information at any time, and all information will remain. If applicants want to continue, please modify in “My application” section.

Instructions on uploading documents in the application system

7. All uploaded files must be scanned copies in color (in PDF or JPG format) of the original documents. For the same type of files, please merge them into a single file in chronological order before uploading.

8. <em><u>Statement of Personal Financial Capacity or Financial Support</u></em> is mandatory. The financial guarantor must be a natural person with full civil capacity, aged above 18 with stable source of income. The financial guarantor should truly and correctly fill in &lt;<em><u>Statement of Financial Support for International Students</u></em>&gt;, and provide the following documents: (1) Scanned copy of the guarantor’s own passport (non-Chinese citizen) or ID (Chinese citizen); (2) The guarantor’s own Bank Deposit Certificate (①The minimum amount should be 100,000 RMB or equivalent foreign currency; ② The Certificate should be original or notarized copy, with notarized Chinese or English translation, if original is not in Chinese or English).

9. Two recommendation letters are required, which should be signed by the recommenders and should be original. Electronic signature is not accepted. If the letters cannot be uploaded by the applicant, the applicant can select “Send a link to the recommender for filling in the recommendation letter”, and fill in the recommender’s name and Email address. The system will send Email to the recommender with relevant information. The recommender shall submit the letter within 15 days and no later than the application deadline. If the applicant chooses to send a link to the recommender, please check the progress of the recommendation letter in the application system after formally submitting the application. If the recommender’s email is incorrectly filled in or the content needs to re-filled in, please contact isoadmission@fudan.edu.cn after submitting the application.

10. The ID Photo must be a recent bareheaded and full-faced color photo with white or blue background. Black and white photo, artistic photo, and selfie are not accepted.

11. In “Visa/Residence Permit” field, please upload the current valid visa or residence permit, or visa, residence permit, exit & entry records relevant to your stay in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan region.

12. Please upload scanned copy of original transcript of whole high school period till the time of application. Applicants who are currently studying in university are required to upload their university transcripts at the same time.

13. If submitting the following test scores, the validity period is 2 years from the exam date:‌ TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, PTE, HSK, SAT, AP, ACT, IB, A-Level, ATAR, NCEA, Abitur, Baccalauréat Général, Singapore Cambridge A-Level, STPM, UEC, AST.

II Scholarships applied via other dispatching authorities

1. Chinese Government Scholarship (Bilateral Program)

Bilateral Program includes a full or partial scholarship provided by Ministry of Education of China in accordance with educational exchange agreements or consensus between Chinese government and governments of other countries, institutions, universities or international organizations. Please contact and apply to local Chinese Embassy and Consulate or other dispatching authorities for overseas study for more details on application. The admission package will be sent to applicants by local Chinese Embassy and Consulate or other dispatching authorities.

2. International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship

It is funded by Center for Language Education and Cooperation for international students to pursue Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL) in Chinese Universities. Applicants should apply to Confucius Institutes, independently set-up Confucius Classrooms, overseas Chinese Test Centers, Educational and Cultural Offices (Sections) of Chinese Embassies (Consulates), etc. The application deadline is subject to the notice from the admitting department and is generally set for May 15, 2026.
