Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU), founded in 1956, is located in one of the four metropolitan areas in Zhejiang Province—Jinhua—Yiwu Metropolitan areas. Jinhua, located in the southern part of Shanghai, enjoys very convenient transportation with 100 minutes to Shanghai by the high-speed rail.

ZJNU is one of the five key universities in Zhejiang Province, and one of the top 100 universities in China. The university has over 30,000 students including more than 3,000 international students.
