Achievements：

The university has six national "Double First-Class" disciplines, including marxism, education, world history, chemistry, statistics, and materials science and engineering, ranking 19th nationally in the number of selections. NENU also has five national key disciplines in ideological and political education, principles of education, world history, cell biology, and ecology. In the fourth round of discipline evaluation by the Ministry of Education's Degree Center, six disciplines were rated as Class A (including one A+), and 15 as Class B.

Academic Requirements:

1. UEC: Total score of ≤25 points in five relevant subjects. UEC candidates with scores between 26–35 points in five relevant subjects must complete a foundation program.

2. STPM: CGPA of 2.7 or above. Candidates with CGPA between 2.0–2.7 must complete a foundation program.

3. SPM: Must complete a one-year foundation program.

Language Proficiency Requirements:

1. UEC: Exempt from submitting HSK score report.

2. STPM: HSK Level 5 score report or complete a six-month foundation program.

3. SPM: HSK Level 5 score report, plus complete a one-year foundation program and pass the foundation examination.

Foundation Program Admission Requirements:

Graduates whose UEC, STPM, or A-level scores do not meet undergraduate requirements, as well as those who took SPM, O-level, or similar examinations, may apply for our foundation program. Students achieving satisfactory results in the foundation program may directly advance to our undergraduate programs.

(1) Spring Foundation Program (6-month duration)

Academic Requirements: UEC scores of 26–35 points in 5 relevant subjects, or SPM scores of at least C in relevant subjects.

(2) Fall Foundation Program (1-year duration, September to July)

UEC scores of 36–40 points in 5 relevant subjects, or SPM scores of at least D in relevant subjects.

Tuition:

Undergraduate programs in liberal arts and sciences are 16,000 yuan per year, while arts and sports programs are 19,600 yuan per year.

Accommodation:

Single room: 40 yuan/day (including utilities). Every room has a private bathe room and it is equipped with TV, air conditioner, water heater, bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. Every floor has a kitchen and washing machines. There is free Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Accommodation Maximum Stay Duration:

Same as the duration of study.

1）中国政府奖学金（Type A）

根据中国与有关国家政府和机构等签订的合作与交流协议或达成的共识提供的奖学金。申请类别：本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生、普通进修生和高级进修生。
受理部门：所在国有关派遣部门。
申请时间：以受理部门通知为准，一般为12月~4月。
资助内容：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。

2）中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目（Type B）

中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目按照“个人申请、院校推荐、专家评审、择优录取”的原则，选拔录取具有优秀学科背景、突出专业能力及未来发展潜力的国际学生。具备招生资格的中国政府奖学金院校均可推荐人选，最终录取以专家评审结果为准。
申请类别：硕士研究生、博士研究生。
受理部门：东北师范大学。
申请时间：以学校具体通知为准，一般为11月~2月。
资助内容：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。

3）国际中文教师奖学金

为满足国际社会对日益增长的中文教育类人才的需求，促进世界各国中文教育的发展，助力国际中文教育人才的成长，教育部中外语言交流合作中心设立国际中文教师奖学金，聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师。
申请类别：汉语言进修（一学期/一学年）、汉语国际教育专业本科生、国际中文教育专业硕士研究生。
受理部门：东北师范大学。
申请时间：3月1日~5月10日。
资助内容：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。

4）东北师范大学优秀国际学生校长奖学金

为鼓励国际学生勤奋学习、积极向上、提高学校声誉，吸引更多国际学生到校学习，我校设立了优秀国际学生校长奖学金。
申请类别：本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生。
受理部门：东北师范大学。
申请时间：1月~6月，7月前公布评审结果。
资助内容：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。
