Before applying, please refer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Guideline on Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC) and our instructional video on how to apply for Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC).

NOTE: Remember to check the results of your application online as soon as it is approved, you can apply for postal delivery or collect your certificate from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at a cost of RM20. Please print the online Acknowledgement Slip in advance.

If you are unable to collect the certificate in person, you can have someone else collect it on your behalf by preparing a letter of authorisation or requesting a delivery from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
