葡語授課之法學士

The Master of Science in Innovative Materials programme encompasses the combined fundamental and engineering study on the design and applications of novel materials with superior properties that can satisfy the society’s requirements on innovation and sustainability. This programme provides students with an understanding of the full raw and novel material values and knowledge for innovation focusing on sustainability, and the prospect for the graduates to pursue specialized knowledge in applied physics, chemistry, materials science and engineering, green energy technologies, environments, devices, smart city, etc. Through the programme, students will become specialists in the field of advanced materials, who shall be skillful and multi-talented researchers for local, regional, and global academic and industrial areas.

微電子學

For training the integrated circuits (IC) design engineers for answering the talent gap of research scholars and engineers in IC academia/industries in China, especially the analog IC area. The graduates can easily find their careers in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) e.g. in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, which have well-developed IC or related industries, with increasing demands in the related IC engineers for China’s recent strategic talent development plans in the IC area. Also, in Macau and Hong Kong, there are IC industries and can provide opportunities for the graduates. Besides, with the research capabilities they developed during the Master of Philosophy programme, they will have competitive advantages for further pursuing their Doctoral degrees in UM, mainland China, or international academia in the Microelectronics IC area.

Featured with a high degree of applicability and practicality, this programme aims to address the need for high-end talents in the medicinal sector who can skillfully use the theories, methods and techniques of modern sociology, economics, law and regulations, project planning and management, and/or statistics to resolve real-life issues in the practical setting of pharmaceutical industry, innovation and technology, and other aspects of medicinal administration. In alignment with the prime academic goal of the Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences (ICMS) and State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine (SKL-QRCM), this programme supports the development of professionals in medicinal administration for Macao and beyond.

This programme has been designed in response to an ever-increasing interest in the research and development of Chinese Materia Medica. It aims to nurture high-level researchers to be well versed in both theory and practice in the interdisciplinary fields of CMS. Knowledge, skills and developmental activities necessary for success as a researcher have been included in the core curriculum, supplemented by a wide range of electives courses.

The programme features a multi-disciplinary curriculum that draws on insights across a range of disciplines and prepare students to be able to extract information from real-world data sets using the latest tools and analytical methods as well as to interpret and communicate their findings in ways that change people’s minds and behaviour.

The Master of Science in Data Science is a two-year programme, with a collaborative project with different academic units. Students will have a total of 4 fundamental courses taught by the Faculty of Science and Technology on big data theory, excavation and analysis techniques etc. Students are required to declare their specialization which is offered by different academic units to learn and study how big data can be practically and effectively applied in their designated fields of specialization. Students should enroll courses according to the study plan of their designated specialization and finish a project report.

認知神經科學

理學碩士學位（認知神經科學）課程旨在培養學生在神經語言學、神經教育學、神經經濟學、神經影像學、類腦智慧等方面用於探究大腦功能的知識與創新研究方法，並可促進社會的多元化發展。該課程還致力於培養能夠深入理解和整合跨學科研究成果、觀點和研究方法的認知神經科學家和專業人士，以探究心智、大腦和行為。
